Enjoy all that the northwestern mountains of Maine have to offer then come home to one of our 9 sporting cabins in Jackman, Maine with 293' of shoreline on Big Wood Lake. Some have decks overlooking the lake; others have a screen/glass porch. Swim in the lake, fish off the dock, or take a boat ride. ATV and snowmobile trail access from your cabin door.
We have 9 fully equipped cabins on the shore of Big Wood Lake. Boat rentals available. If you bring your own boat, there is a public launch nearby and you can tie up to our dock. In the Spring Summer and Fall, you can enjoy fishing, boating and swimming from our shore; ride over 300 miles of ATV trails with easy trail access; hunting in the great north woods; or hiking to many scenic vistas in the area. In the winter, another world awaits you with ice fishing, snowshoeing or snowmobiling the well maintained trails with access right from your cabin door.
The cabin choices include waterfront or view, decks, screen/glass porch and cabins can sleep from 2 to 6 people. Rates are reasonable with discount options available. Great place to enjoy the many outdoor activities the region has to offer or best of all, you can do nothing at all: listen to the loons, watch our incredible sunsets from your deck, play games with your family or cards with friends.
