       Maine farmers invite visitors and locals alike to sample and pick their goods throughout the year. Starting in March, the state offers the best in Maple Syrup, Fresh Blueberries in July and August, Apples in late fall, and Christmas trees in November and December. Shoppers are sure to find the freshest foods and other agricultural products which can be bought directly from the farmer.
