The beach is adjacent to the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge. Two large stone jetties next to the beach are a popular spot for fishermen. Amenities: Restroom, Lifeguards. Limited parking in lots. Parking fees are $6 per day from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Parking is free after 4 p.m. Resident stickers are available at the Town Hall. Non-residents can purchase Ten-visit punchcards for $35. Location: On Drake's Island Road off Route 1.
