Popular for swimming & bird watching. Very little parking available. Sticker parking only, sticker/passes available at City Hall. Permits are $5 for Biddeford residents or out-of-state property owners. Nonresident passes are $50. Parking at the beach after 5 p.m. is free. Location: Hill's Beach Road, next to the University of New England.
