Adorable three-season honeymoon home with screened-in porch overlooking a 14-acre wildlife pond. Public beach within walking distance and a public landing for launching a boat or kayak nearby. Located near the lobster fishing village of Friendship, Maine.
The Guest House is an adorable three-season honeymoon cottage located on five acres across the street from our year-round home, Old Comfortable. It was completely rebuilt and refurnished in 1993. The screened-in porch overlooks a 14-acre wildlife pond, home to lilies and waterfowl. The Guest House does not have a view of the ocean, but guests are invited to share the view from the crow's nest and wharf in front of Old Comfortable. There is also a public beach within walking distance and a public landing for launching a boat/kayak nearby. Kayaks may be rented in Friendship village just five minutes away. Following a day of being on the salt water, arrangements can be made to wash off your equipment. If your group has more than three people, please inquire about our studio across the street.
